GloMEd Activities

Global Media Education through Development of Online Teaching

Autumn 2021

Pilot course Global Media Education, 5 ECTS

  • From 7 September to 19 October 2021
  • Hybrid teaching: Online and face-to-face
  • Lecturers from four different countries
  • 13 students from 4 European countries

Themes of the course:

"I prefer teaching in a school rather than online although I realize that online teaching has given me far more options. During the online learning, active participation was important, the lecturers often asked for our opinion and we did various activities. I have to rate the online teaching positively but I think that is why I identified Games as the topic that I was most interested in. It wasn't so much about knowledge or learning new things but about sitting in a classroom, working together as a team and not sitting at home in our rooms." (Student feedback)
